For this municipality, in accordance with the legal provisions of Section 6 (a) of the Public Procurement Act and Rule 18 of the Public Procurement Regulations 2064, individuals, firms, organizations or companies interested in carrying out the specified work in accordance with the provisions of Section 6 (a) of the Public Procurement Act and Rule 18 of the Public Procurement Regulations 2064, are requested to submit an application in the format as per Schedule 2 (a) of the Public Procurement Regulations 2064, along with a copy of the certificate of business renewal of the fiscal year 2080/081, tax payment certificate, permanent account number and certificate of registration in Value Added Tax, and to submit an application within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice, along with a copy of the certificate of business renewal of the fiscal year 2081/082, tax payment certificate, permanent account number and certificate of registration in Value Added Tax.
