Notice regarding being listed on the current list for public procurement work

Since the Local Infrastructure Development Project Office is required to prepare an existing list for procurement of materials and services required for regular operations and program implementation in the fiscal year 2082/83 as per Section 6 (a) of the Public Procurement Act, 2063, individuals, organizations, suppliers, construction entrepreneurs, consultants, non-governmental organizations or service providers who wish to be registered or updated in the existing list should submit an application along with the necessary documents for the purpose of being listed, specifying the group, to the office of this Village Executive within mid-Ashar 2083 from the date of publication of the notice. This has been published for the information of all concerned.

1. Documents required along with the application:

Oikono (a) Certificate of registration of organization or firm (including renewal)

(b) Tax payment certificate

(c) Permanent Account Number or Value Added Tax Registration Certificate
