Notice regarding registration of inventory

For this office, in order to carry out the work required in the year 2082/083 as per the provisions of Section 6 (a) of the Public Procurement Act, 2063, Rules 2064, Chapter 3, Rule 18, for the registration of the Standing List, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned by paying a registration fee of Rs. 510/- (Five hundred and ten rupees in characters only) within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice, if the 15th day falls on a holiday, the next day) and submitting a separate application for each service and work, specifying the details of the goods to be supplied and registering it.

1. Stationery, stationery, newspapers, magazines and book supplies.

2. Work related to photocopying and banding, typing, printing, etc.

3. All printing related work.

4. Supply and maintenance of furniture and furnishing items.

5. Consultancy services and service agreement related services.

6. Advertising and information related work.

7. Work related to various software topics.

8. Repair, maintenance and supply of all electronic goods, computers, printers, photocopy machines, batteries, UPS and electrical goods.

9. Repair services and painting of physical structures.

10. Vehicle supply, maintenance and spare parts supply.

11. All electrical and hardware items are available.

12. Supply of machines and equipment.

13. Supply of cleaning materials.

14. Physical construction work.

15. Supply of goods, services, medicines, equipment, chemicals, etc. related to healthcare.

16. Supply of goods, services, medicines, equipment, chemicals, etc. related to agriculture and livestock.

17. Supply of other goods and services not included in the above list but related to the municipality or which the supplier wishes to supply.

18. If the office deems it necessary, it may list the information even after the expiry of this notice in accordance with the prevailing law.

Documents to be submitted with the application:

a) Copy of business operation license registration certificate.

b) Copy of Permanent Account Number Certificate and Value Added Tax Registration Certificate.

c) Copy of tax payment certificate for the fiscal year 2081/82.

This office reserves the right to accept or reject applications received.
