As a proprietary goods (Close item) to be used in the machinery equipment of this hospital as per the details, the companies/firms interested in being listed as authorized sellers of the concerned manufacturing companies in accordance with Section 41 of the Public Procurement Act 2063 and Rule 85 of the Regulations 2064, should submit copies of the firm registration certificate with renewal, M.K.A. Registration Certificate, authorized seller certificate of the concerned company and tax payment certificate of the latest fiscal year along with the rates of the goods, films, chemicals, etc. used in the mentioned machines within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice during office hours or to the mail ID of this office [email protected]. In case the rates of more than one authorized seller of the same company supplying the mentioned goods are submitted, the materials will be arranged by making an agreement with the supplier who offers the lowest rate. No action will be taken on the applications that do not submit the necessary documents and are received after the deadline.
