This Kisan Savings and Loan Cooperative Society Ltd. is hereby informed to all the interested registered firms/companies/suppliers who have obtained approval to transact the relevant goods and services to provide the goods and services mentioned in the schedule repeatedly or at once for the fiscal year 2082/083, to be listed with an application stating separate details for each group within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. In addition, no action will be taken on the application received after the deadline.

Group A: Printing and Printing

Other Additional Information:

1. A copy of the firm registration certificate, income tax registration certificate, value added tax registration certificate, and tax payment certificate for the previous fiscal year must be attached with the application.

2. A separate registration form must be filled for each group. The application form for the registration form can be obtained from the organization's website www.kisan.org.np.

3. Out of the applicants who submit applications for listing, only those firms/companies/suppliers that are deemed acceptable based on their work capacity, work experience, and expertise will be listed.

4. If the goods and services provided by firms/companies applying for listing do not meet the specified quality and standards or if the work performance style is not satisfactory, the firms/companies may be removed from the list of goods and services providers without notice and may be blacklisted for institutional purposes.

5. The right to list or not shall remain vested in the organization.
