This notice is published to invite licensed firms, companies and organizations willing to supply the specified goods and services required for Khwop Engineering College and Khwop College of Engineering in the financial year 2082/83 to register their names in the college's name by submitting an application to the college's commodity branch within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice.

1) Supplying stationery and office supplies.

2) To carry out printing work.

3) Making furniture and furnishing items.

4) Supply of engineering laboratory (physics, chemistry, survey, electrical, electronics, etc.) equipment.

5) Supply of construction and hardware materials (cement, sand, gravel, rods, wood, hardware, sanitary, painting).

6) Supplying books/magazines.

7) Providing advertising services.

8) Supplying electrical goods.

9) Renting out vehicles.

10) Supply and repair of electronic goods (computers, printers, UPS, photocopy machines, fax machines, telephones, CCTV, toners, etc.).

11) Supply of vehicles (cars, motorcycles), generators, maintenance and spare parts.

12) Supplying fuel.

13) Internet service provider.

14) Supplying hygiene products.

15) Supplying college uniforms.

Documents to be submitted by the supplier:

1) Firm or company registration certificate

Copy or access local news

2) Copy of Permanent Account Number (PAN) and VAT Tax Certificate

3) Copy of tax payment certificate for FY 2080/81

PS: Separate applications will have to be submitted for Khwap Engineering College and Khwap College of Engineering.
