For the purpose of supplying various goods and services required for this office in the financial year 2082.083, interested individuals, firms, organizations or registered firms who have obtained approval to transact in the relevant matters are required to register their list in accordance with Section 6 of the Public Procurement Act 2063 and Rule 18 of the Public Procurement Rules 2064. Therefore, all concerned are hereby informed to register with this office by attaching the details of the goods and services to be supplied/distributed, firm/company registration certificate, permanent account number (PAN) registration certificate, value added tax (VAT) registration, tax payment certificate of the last financial year, and a copy of the self-declaration letter not being on the black list.
