Notice regarding registration of list

This organization needs to prepare a list of firms/companies that will purchase the materials and services required as per the details in the upcoming fiscal year 2082/083, and therefore, interested registered suppliers, service providers, firms/companies with a license are requested to register the necessary bids with the central office of this organization within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice.

Tapasilah

Group (A): Supply and maintenance of office supplies and equipment

1. Supply of office equipment, computers, laptops, photocopy machines, fax machines, scanners, printers, UPS, batteries, generators, air conditioners, note counting machines, check writers, CC cameras, staplers, etc. and related items including repair and maintenance,

2. Supply of all electrical and electronic related goods and related goods including repair and maintenance,

3. All tasks related to Networking devices, Server Equipment, Internet and Intranet,

4. Supply of signboards, glowboards, flexboards and related repair and maintenance works,

5. Furniture fixtures: (vaults, drawers, tables, chairs, racks, etc.) supply and related repair and maintenance works,

6. Vehicle repair and maintenance work,

7. Works including supply of construction materials.

Group (B): Printing stationery and others

1. Supply and refilling of ink, ribbons, cartridges for printers, photocopiers, fax machines, etc.,

2. Printing and supply work of Masland goods.

3. Annual calendar printing work.

Group (C): Miscellaneous other supplies and services

1. All tasks related to software development and maintenance,

2. advertising work,

3. Health items like masks, gloves, sanitizers, thermal guns, PPE, etc.

4. Supply and maintenance of various other goods.

Copy of necessary documents of the firm/company to be attached along with details

1. Firm/Company Registration Certificate,

2. Permanent Account Number (PAN) Value Added Tax (VAT) registration certificate,

3. Tax payment certificate for the previous fiscal year,

4. At least 1 year of experience in the related field,

5. In the case of a company, the minutes of the board of directors,

6. Authorized seller certificate (if necessary),

7. List of major customers.

Note: The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal submitted for any reason.
