Information regarding registration in the existing list

1. Interested firms and companies are requested to register their names with this committee by 2082/05/01 along with the following documents for various procurement, construction, consultancy service procurement and various engineering works (Architectural Drawing & Design, Structural Design, Estimation, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), Soil Test, Feasibility Report, Detailed Project Report, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Drawing, Interior Design and other engineering works) to be carried out in the current fiscal year 082/83 through this Engineering and Welfare Works Construction Executive Committee.

2. Required Documents:

(a) Certificate of registration of company, organization or firm

(b) Professional license for the relevant work

(c) VAT/PAN Registration Certificate

(d) Tax payment certificate of A.W.080/81

(e) Self-declaration letter stating that you are not blacklisted.
