Notice regarding registration of inventory

Janamaitri Multiple Campus has to register a list of interested registered firms/companies that have obtained approval to transact business in the relevant subject for the purpose of supplying/distributing the goods and services mentioned in the details required for the FY 2082/83. Therefore, an application form with details of the goods and services to be supplied/distributed, copy of the firm/company registration certificate, copy of the permanent account number (PAN) or value added tax (VAT) registration certificate, copy of the tax payment certificate of the last FY, copy of the work efficiency experience certificate should be registered at the office of this campus within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.

Goods to be supplied and services to be provided:

1. Printing work

2. Supply of stationery items (muslin and miscellaneous)

3. Cartridge purchase, refilling and maintenance work

4. Electrician, plumber, carpenter services

5. Jar drinking water supply service

6. All advertising related work

7. All work related to digital advertising

8. Hoarding board, wall writing related work

9. Security guard and cleaning related work

10. Medical supplies (globes, masks, sanitizers, etc.)

11. Supply of electrical and electronic equipment (desktops, laptops, printers, UPS, photocopy machines, printer toners, scanners, heaters, fans, televisions) and related spare parts, maintenance and AMC services of related goods.

12. Computer, laptop and parts supply and maintenance work

13. Partition, leasehold, furniture and furnishing, carpet, curtain purchase and repair services

14. National and international travel and tourism, air ticket booking, vehicle rental related work

15. Supply and refilling of fire extinguishers

16. Telephone repair and maintenance work

17. Work related to the supply of T-shirts, bags, umbrellas, caps, diaries, windbreakers, merchandise items

18. Custom printing services, identity card, certificate printing related work

19. Internet and VPN service and connection related work

20. Supply and maintenance work related to CCTV and other biometric devices

21. Air Conditioner (AC) Purchase and Maintenance and AMC Related Work Other Terms and Information

The campus reserves the right to complete or partially complete the work related to the above goods and services. Only those vendors, firms or companies that are deemed eligible among the applications submitted for listing will be listed. If the listed companies and firms do not provide satisfactory services and goods within the agreed time and at the specified rate, their names may be removed from the list without notice. No claim or objection can be made on this. The decision to list or not will be final. All rights reserved to this company.
