Notice regarding registration of existing list

For the year 2082/083, interested individuals, organizations or companies, who are approved to carry out the relevant business and who are willing to register a list in accordance with Section 6A of the Public Procurement Act, 2063, to supply, repair and provide services as per the details specified in the list, and to supply the goods or repair and maintenance to be supplied by them and attach the documents of qualification as per Sub-section (2) of Section 10 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063, and submit the application, certificate of organization or firm registration, photocopy of tax payment and extension of time of the year 2080.081 to the office of this rural municipality in hard copy and through the email of this office. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.

10. Perform generator repair and maintenance work,

12. Courier service,

13. Supply of drinking water tankers, jars and mineral bottles,

14. Advocacy and legal consultation services,

16. Contract, construction, office building painting and repair work. a Work.

Conditions:

1) An application must be made and declared. If the company, firm or organization that is not listed is not disqualified according to the prevailing law, the company or organization itself must declare the company or firm.

2) The correspondence address and contact number of the individual, company, firm or organization must be mentioned.

The office will not be obligated to award work to all listed construction contractors/suppliers/consultants/companies/organizations.

4) If an individual, company, firm or organization wishes to provide two or more services, separate applications must be submitted via hardcopy or email for each service.
