This notice is published for the information of all concerned. Interested individuals/firms and companies who have obtained approval to carry out the relevant transactions for the supply of goods and various types of services mentioned in the details required by IGI Prudential Insurance Limited in the fiscal year 2082/83 may register their list along with the application for registration, fees and other necessary documents at the central office of this company, Naxal, during office hours within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice.

Group A: Printing and Publishing:

All printing related work required for the office

Office seal, employee ID card, visiting card

Printing of key rings, pens, diaries, t-shirts, bags, etc.

Tag, tag machine and tag pin supply work

Flex and hoarding boards design, printing and supply.

Stationery supply

Group C: Computers and Office Equipment:

Computers, laptops and other devices.

Printer, check printer, scanner, photocopy machine, fax machine

Printer cartridge refilling and supply related tasks

Generator, Inverter, Battery, UPS, Stabilizer etc.

Group B: Furniture and Interior Design

Supply and maintenance of metal and wooden furniture

Supply and maintenance of aluminum and PVC related goods

Group D: Regarding other services/facilities:

Staff uniform supplies

Human resource supply

Security Guard Service

Courier service (internal and external)

Air tickets (domestic and international).

Media and advertising related work.

Drinking water, jars, tankers and tank supplies.

Kitchen Utensils, Sanitary Supplies

Plumbing and office cleaning work

Flower plants, flower bouquets, ready-made flower arrangements, gardening services.

Connectivity (Internet) Service

Copy of the certificate registered with the concerned body as per the rules of the Government of Nepal.

Copy of Value Added Tax (VAT) / PAN registration certificate.

Copy of the certificate proving that the tax for the previous fiscal year 2080/2081 has been paid.

A letter of at least 3 years of work experience in the relevant business is required.

The dealer must submit a copy of the latest dealership certificate.

Proof of deposit voucher or bank transfer to account no.: 001010010001262.

Details of more than one service from the above-categorized lists must be disclosed in the application.

A non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000/- (in words: one thousand only) is charged to Shree Sanima Bank Ltd. in the name of this company.

Other information:

The last date for submitting applications will be Monday, 16/03/2082, until 5:30 PM office time.

Only vendor firms and companies deemed eligible among the applicants will be shortlisted.

Listed firms will be informed of their listing and an annual agreement may also be made.

If the listed companies and firms do not provide satisfactory services and deliver goods on time, their names may be removed from the list without notice. No claim can be made against this. All rights regarding listing or not shall remain vested in this company.
