As the list of goods and service providers will be listed for the purpose of providing the specified goods and services required by this company in the financial year 2082/083, the registered firms and companies with a license who are willing to be registered in the existing list should submit separate applications for the work they want to do, along with the following documents, to the company's central office, Hattisar, Kathmandu, within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice.

Documents to be submitted:

1. A copy of the firm/company registration certificate, VAT registration certificate, tax payment certificate for FY 080/81, and a certificate confirming that the company is an authorized dealer or distributor, must be submitted with the company's seal and certified by an authorized person. Manas

2. A non-refundable amount of Rs. 1,000/- (Rs. One thousand in characters only) should be deposited in the name of this company in Siddhartha Bank, Hattisar Branch Account No. 55502606885 and voucher proof of the same should be attached with the application.

3. Only those firms and companies that are deemed suitable and eligible among those who apply for listing will be listed. The details submitted, capabilities, past experience, and skills will be taken into consideration while listing.

4. If the service, quality, price, and delivery time provided by the listed firms/companies are not satisfactory, their names may be removed from the list without notice and no claim can be made against them.

The Company reserves the right to accept or reject all applications received for the above-mentioned goods and services, in whole or in part. The Company shall not be obliged to list all firms and companies that have submitted applications for listing. No action will be taken against applications received after the deadline.
