Information about registering a list

This organization is required to prepare a list of firms/companies engaged in the business of providing the following goods and services required by it in the fiscal year 2082/083. Therefore, interested registered firms/companies with licenses are invited to register at the head office of the organization within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice, in a sealed envelope containing the details of the goods and services to be provided by them, the firm/company registration certificate, permanent account number (PAN) registration certificate and value added tax (VAT) registration certificate, tax paid certificate and the application of the firms/companies, clearly stating the goods and services proposed to be supplied on the outside of the envelope.

Details of goods and services to be obtained through the listed firm/company:

Group A: Printing and Publishing:

1) Cheques and cheque covers, annual reports, calendars, table calendars, share certificates, membership forms, membership identification forms, invoices, passbooks, brochures, loan application forms (collateral), collateral valuation forms, payment vouchers, note tags, signature verification cards, Nepali files, and other printing and supply work.

2) Stationery items, pen, normal, gel, ball punching scale, stamp pad, photocopy paper, continuous, paper glue stick, clip file, Nepali paper, index file, stapler, stapler pin, carbon, diary, note book, calculator.

Group B, Electrical and Electronics Related Goods:

1) Supply of electrical and electronic goods and related services, including maintenance and repair of such goods.

2) Supply and installation of computers, laptops, printers and other computer-related items.

Related items, including maintenance and repair work.

3) Supply of goods such as CCTV cameras, telephone sets, intercoms, etc. and maintenance and repair of related goods.

4) Supply of office equipment, photocopying, note counting machines, etc., and related items, including maintenance and repair.

5) Printer ink, cartridge, ribbon, toner supply refilling.

6) AC and CC CAMERA repair and purchase related works.
