Notice regarding registration

In accordance with Rule 18 of the Public Procurement Regulations 2064 (Amended), in accordance with the provision that separate lists should be prepared according to the nature of the procurement for procurement-related work to be carried out by public bodies as specified in the same Act, this Directorate invites applications from eligible firms, organizations or individuals interested in carrying out various procurement-related work to be carried out in the financial year 2082/083.

1. Copies of the following documents must be attached with the application.

(a) Renewed license to register your firm or to carry out the relevant business or service,

(b) Certificate of registration in Value Added Tax or Permanent Account Number Registration Certificate,

(c) Tax payment certificate for the fiscal year 2080/081,

In the case of an individual, a copy of the citizenship certificate, (d)

(e) Documents or evidence showing that the group seeking to be listed is qualified and capable of performing the work.

2. Once listed, no firm, organization or individual shall be eligible to participate in the procurement process unless they meet the qualifications specified by any public body in accordance with the Public Procurement Act and Regulations. The Directorate may, within the scope of the Act and Regulations and as required, involve those listed in the existing list in the procurement process.

3. In the case of other matters not covered in this notice, the Public Procurement Act and Regulations and other prevailing laws shall apply.

Details to be listed for procurement related activities:

Stationery and stationery items.

Advertising, information publishing and broadcasting related work.

Printing works.

Medicines and other pharmaceutical materials.

Newspaper and book related work.

Work related to the transportation of medicines and pharmaceutical materials.

Furniture and fixtures work.

Fuel and other fuel supply related work.

Electronic devices.

Various maintenance and painting work.

Vehicle and its parts, spare parts and repairs.

Work related to service contract.

Machinery and equipment.

Public construction and maintenance works.

Networking, Internet and Communication Services.

Various other procurement-related tasks prescribed by the Public Procurement Act and Regulations.

Sanitation and electrical goods.
