In the year 2082/083, in order to purchase chemicals, kits and X-ray films used in the detailed machinery equipment in the laboratory and X-ray department of this hospital as proprietary goods (Close item), they have to be purchased from the concerned manufacturing company or the authorized seller of that company in Nepal as per the provisions of Section 41(1)(c) of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 (with amendments) and Rule 85(3) and 3(a) of the Regulations 2064 (with amendments). Therefore, this 15-day notice is hereby published for the official seller to be listed and submit the rates.
