According to Section 6A of the Public Procurement Act 2063 and Rule 18 of the Public Procurement Rules 2064, for the procurement work to be carried out by a public body as specified in the same Act, the concerned office is required to prepare a separate list of suppliers, construction entrepreneurs, consultants, non-governmental organizations or service providers according to the nature of such procurement. Accordingly, this office has informed all concerned to apply to this office within 15 days in the prescribed format, clearly specifying the group of firms, associations or entrepreneurs who wish to be registered in the existing list in the year 2082.83.

All concerned are advised to apply in the following format along with the application.

a) Renewed license obtained for registering your firm or performing related business or related service b) Certificate of registration for Value Added Tax or Permanent Account Number Registration Certificate

c) Certificate of payment of taxes due to the Government of Nepal for the previous fiscal year up to FY 2081.82 as per prevailing law.

d) In the case of an individual, a copy of the Nepali citizenship certificate

e) Application as prescribed.
