1. Only vendors, firms and companies deemed suitable based on the documents, experience and expertise submitted along with the applications duly registered within the prescribed time period will be shortlisted.

2. Requests may be made to submit quotations for the purchase of goods and services as per the needs of the organization from the listed vendors and firms, or to participate in the related work on a reduced or minimum price basis.

3. The list of listed firms will be posted on the notice board of this organization. If the listed companies and firms do not provide satisfactory service and do not supply goods on time, their names may be removed from the list without notice. No claim can be made against this.
