As the list of service providers and suppliers who wish to supply the goods and services required for this small life insurance company in the financial year 2082/083 will be listed, the licensed registered firms and companies wishing to be listed should register their applications for listing at the registered office of this company, Biratnagar or the provincial office, Sano Gaucharan, Kathmandu within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of first publication of this notice, along with the registration certificate of the organization conducting the relevant business (including renewal), tax payment certificate for the financial year 2080/081, certified copy of the PAN/VAT registration certificate and self-declaration that they are not blacklisted. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned. The list of goods and services required by the company can be viewed on the website of this company: www.gmli.com.np No action will be taken on applications received after the deadline.
