Notice regarding registration of list

This notice is published for the information of all concerned, for the purpose of evaluating the real estate taken as collateral in the course of loan transactions from the branch offices of this organization, the overseers/engineers and engineering consultancy firms who have agreed to comply with the following qualifications and conditions, should submit their applications to the branch offices of this organization by attaching the following documents within 21 days from the date of publication of this notice. For any other matters related to this, the organization can be contacted on phone no. 071-438951 and 437530 during office hours.

1) In the case of an engineering consultancy firm:

a) Copy of firm/company registration certificate (including renewal).

b) Copy of educational qualification certificate and experience certificate of the firm/proprietor/operator.

c) Copy of educational qualification certificate and biodata of the working overseer/engineer.

d) Copy of citizenship certificate.

e) Copy of certificate of approval from Nepal Engineering Council.

f) Copy of tax payment certificate, copy of VAT/PAN registration certificate.

2) In the case of an overseer/engineer:

a) Copy of educational qualification certificate.

b) Copy of experience certificate.

c) Copy of citizenship certificate.

d) Biodata of the overseer/engineer.

e) Copy of tax payment certificate, copy of VAT/PAN registration certificate.

f) Copy of certificate of approval from Nepal Engineering Council.
