Since a list of goods and services to be supplied by the Central Department of Computer Science and Information Technology, Central Department of Computer Science and Information Technology, Surkhet, Madhya Paschim University, as mentioned in the details, has to be prepared in the fiscal year 2082/083, the persons, firms, organizations and companies who have obtained a license for the relevant work, who have met the qualifications, are requested to submit an application for registration of the list to this office within the office hours of the 15th (first day of office opening if it is a holiday) day from the date of publication of this notice, along with the necessary documents, for the following goods and services to be supplied by them.

1. Stationery and stationery items,

2. Electrical goods,

3. Newspapers, magazines and books,

4. Printing supplies,

5. Furniture/Fixture Supply and Decoration,

6. Physical infrastructure construction and painting works

7. Machinery equipment (computers, laptops, printers, UPS, photocopy machines, networking and other electronic equipment), you access

8. drinking water

9. Snacks and food related

10. Plumbing materials

11. Computer Lab Equipment and Materials

12. IT Lab related materials

Documents to be submitted by the applicant:

1. In the written application, affix a stamp of Rs. 10, the firm and company, permanent account number, VAT registration, tax payment certificate for the fiscal year 2081/2082, and a copy of the citizenship certificate.

2. A written commitment to provide the requested goods and services on time must be submitted.

Other information

1. Applications submitted after the deadline, without a certified copy of the required certificate attached, or without the required documents will not be listed.

2. This office may purchase goods or services as required from listed individuals, firms, organizations or companies.

3. If listed individuals, firms, organizations or companies do not supply goods and services satisfactorily, they may be removed from the list, and no claim can be made against this.

4. This office shall have the sole right to list or not list individuals, firms, organizations or companies.

5. The above-mentioned existing list will be valid only for the financial year 2082/2083.
