Regarding the listing of firms/companies supplying goods and services required by financial institutions in the fiscal year 2082/083

This financial institution is required to register a list of registered firms/companies who have obtained approval to transact the relevant business for the purpose of supplying/distributing the goods and services mentioned in the schedule required for the financial year 2082/083. Therefore, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned to register the details of the goods and services to be supplied/distributed by them with the General Services Department of this financial institution by the application date 2082/04/23 along with the copy of the firm/company registration renewal certificate, permanent account number (PAN), registration certificate or value added tax (VAT) registration certificate.

1. Only vendors, firms and companies that are deemed eligible for listing will be listed. Listing will be based on the details, capabilities, experience and skills submitted.

2. All required documents must be submitted at the time of registration.

3. Requests may be made to participate in the procurement of goods and services as per the requirements of this financial institution from listed vendors and firms through quotations or bids. Received

4. Listed firms will be notified of their listing through a letter and an annual agreement may also be made.

5. If the listed companies and firms do not provide satisfactory services and goods on time, they may be removed from the list without notice. No claim or objection can be made against this. All rights regarding listing or not shall remain vested in this financial institution.

6. The original voucher of the application fee of Rs. 100 (non-refundable) must be attached.

Note: Suppliers interested in supplying goods and services must have already supplied the mentioned goods and services to banks and financial institutions.
