Notice regarding the listing of firms/companies supplying goods and services required by the company in the fiscal year 2082/083

This company is required to register a list of registered firms/companies that have obtained approval to conduct the business of the relevant subject for the purpose of supplying the goods and services mentioned in the schedule required for the A.C. 2082/83. Therefore, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned to register with the General Services Department of this company by the application date of 2082/03/02 along with the details of the goods and services to be supplied/distributed, firm/company registration, renewed certificate, tax payment certificate, permanent account number (PAN) and value added tax (VAT) registration, tax payment certificate, financial statements of the last three years and copies of work efficiency experience certificates.

1. Stationery printing/general stationery.

Supply and maintenance of ink, ribbon, toner, and cartridges for printers, photocopiers, fax machines, etc.

3. Office cleaning services.

4. Career Services (Internal and External).

5. Drinking water supply (mineral water jar).

6. Furniture and fixtures supply and repair.

Laptop/Desktop/Server/Hardisk Computer and Printer, Supply and Repair Work.

8. Security personnel related services.

9. CCTV/Air Conditioning related services.

10. Food supply related services.

Other information:

1. Only those vendor firms and companies that are deemed eligible from among those who have registered applications for listing will be listed. The basis for listing will be the details, capabilities, experience and skills submitted.

2. All required documents, copies of experience certificates and other documents must be submitted at the time of registration.

3. To procure goods and services as per the requirements of this company, the listed vendors and firms may be requested to participate in the work through quotations or bids.

4. Listed firms will be notified of their listing through a letter and an annual agreement may also be made.

5. If the registered companies and firms do not provide satisfactory service and supply goods on time, they may be removed from the list without notice. No claim or objection can be made against this. All rights related to the listing will remain vested in this company.
