Notice regarding registration of list of firms/companies supplying goods and services in FY 2083/84

For the fiscal year 2083/84, a list of firms and companies that have received approval to carry out the relevant transactions for the supply of the following goods and services must be registered. Therefore, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned to register through the online platform as per the details of this bank within the office hours on Chaitra 30, 2082.

Firm or Company Registration Certificate

Firm or company's Permanent Account Number (PAN) and Value Added Tax (VAT) registration certificate

License/Certificate of the concerned department/body (including renewal)

Certified copy of tax payment certificate for fiscal year 2081/82

Fee deposit receipt

Certificate of 3 years of work experience in supplying/distributing goods/services to 3 banks and financial institutions/organizations of the goods and services that you supply and distribute.

2. All the above-mentioned required documents, copies of experience certificates and documents required for goods and services must be submitted at the time of registration. 3. The application form for registration of the list should be deposited at any branch office of the bank in the amount of Rs. 3,000/- (three thousand rupees in words only) (non-refundable) to Account Number: 0003700524005, Account Name: OTHER INCOME - MISC and the original voucher should be attached to the said online platform.

5. If the last date for submission of the application for registration falls on a bank holiday, it can be submitted on the next bank opening day. Also, no action will be taken on applications received after the deadline or without the required formalities and applications submitted with conditions.

6. The Bank reserves the right to remove and/or cancel the name of such firm/company from the list without prior notice if the listed firm/company does not provide satisfactory service or does not supply quality goods on time or if it is late or in default. No claim can be raised against this.

7. If further information is required in this regard, information can be obtained from the Bank's General Services Department, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, as well as the regional offices of Biratnagar, Bardibas, Narayangadh, Pokhara, Butwal, Nepalgunj, Surkhet and Dhangadhi.

8. This bank reserves the right to list or reject any application or to cancel any action taken pursuant to this notice, with or without assigning any reason.
