a) The list registered as per this notice will be valid only for the financial year 2082/083.

b) The school reserves the right to list or not list the applications received.

c) No action will be taken on applications that have exceeded the deadline and have not been submitted in accordance with the procedure.

d) A listed person, firm, or company may be removed from the list if it does not participate in the bid, tender, or proposal invited by this school or if it is not satisfactory and does not supply the goods.
