For the purchase of the following chemicals and kits used in the following machinery and equipment in the lab and X-ray branch of this hospital as proprietary goods (Close item) in the financial year 2082/083, the companies/firms interested in being listed as per Section 41(c) of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Rule 85(6) of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064, may submit their renewed firm registration certificate, VAT registration certificate, official vendor letter of the concerned company, official vendor (proprietors) along with certified copies of the tax payment certificate of the last financial year along with the rates of the chemicals and kits to be used in the mentioned machines within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice during office hours and by 12 noon on the 15th day, in a sealed envelope at this Gajendra Narayan Singh Hospital.
