For the purchase of the following chemicals and kits used in the following machinery and equipment in the lab and X-ray department of this hospital as proprietary goods (Close Item) in the financial year 2080/081, the authorized sellers (proprietors) of the respective manufacturing companies, as per Section 41(1)(c) of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Rule 85(6) of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064, are requested to register their rates and rates in a sealed envelope at Gajendra Narayan Singh Hospital within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice along with the firm registration certificate with renewal, VAT registration certificate, authorized seller letter of the respective company, authorized seller (proprietors) and certified copies of the tax payment certificate of the last financial year, along with the rates of the chemicals and kits to be used in the mentioned machines, during office hours and by 12 noon on the 15th day.
