In this District Hospital Sankhuwasabha, for the purchase of the following types of medical equipment and machinery used in the following types of kits, chemicals, films, accessories, and parts and maintenance related consulting services as proprietary goods (Closed Item) in the fiscal year 2082/83, the authorized sellers (proprietors) of the concerned manufacturing companies are requested to list the companies/firms as per Section 41(c) of the Public Procurement Act 2063 and Rule 85 (3 and 6) of the Public Procurement Rules 2064 by submitting the firm registration license with renewal, VAT registration certificate, authorized seller certificate of the concerned company and the A.B. This notice has been published to be listed within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice along with the rates of the kits, chemicals, films, accessories, and main parts (System Pack Reagent and Disposal) used in the machines mentioned in the details along with a copy of the tax payment or renewal certificate of 2081/82. If more than one authorized seller of the same company submits the rates for the supply of the mentioned goods, chemicals, the supply of goods will be arranged by making an agreement with the supplier who quotes the lowest rate. No action will be taken against the applicants who do not submit the necessary official documents and who have exceeded the deadline.
