Notice regarding the official representative (seller) coming to be listed.

For the purchase of chemicals, films and various other goods (Closed Item) used in the machinery and equipment as per the details in the laboratory and X-ray branch of this hospital in the financial year 2082/083

 the related manufacturing companies or authorized sellers of the companies, companies and firms willing to be listed as per Section 41 (c) of the Public Procurement Act 2063 (Rule 85 Sub-rule 3 of the Regulations 2064) are requested to submit their renewal firm registration certificate and C.A. Tax payment certificate along with copies of the tax payment certificate of the authorized seller of the concerned company along with the rates of chemicals, films and other various materials to be used in the mentioned machines within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice.
