Notice regarding the listing of authorized sellers with retail and dealer selling prices

In the year 2082/083, for the purchase of reagents, chemicals, kits, accessories and parts and spare parts and maintenance related consultancy services, proprietary goods (Closed Items) for the machinery equipment mentioned in the details in the laboratory of this hospital, the manufacturing companies and their authorized sellers, as per the provisions of Section 41(c) of the Public Procurement Act 2063 and Sub-rule (3) of Rule 85 of the Public Procurement Regulations 2064, the manufacturing companies and firms wishing to be listed, shall submit the renewal of the firm registration certificate, VAT registration, tax payment certificate, certified copies of the official seller's letter of the concerned company, retail and dealer selling price list, and the rates of the kits, chemicals and main parts and spare parts to be used in the mentioned machines. A 15-day notice has been published for the first time as per Rule 84(3) of the Public Procurement Regulations 2064.

If more than one authorized vendor of the same company supplying the mentioned goods submits the price, item wise evaluation will be done and the supplier who offers the lowest price will be contacted and the goods will be supplied.
