Notice regarding registration in the existing list

In this Dhavalagiri Multiple Campus, since

 the goods and services required for the office as per the details have to be purchased and provided for the financial year 2082/083

, the interested persons, agents, firms, institutions and industries who have obtained a license and wish to supply them are requested to prepare a list of the goods they can provide in the format as per Schedule 2A of the Fourteenth Amendment to the Public Procurement Regulations 2064, along with a copy of their firm registration certificate, permanent account number (PAN) registration certificate, value added tax (VAT) registration certificate and tax payment certificate of the financial year 2080/081, within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice, and register it with the administration branch of the campus within office hours. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.

Dhawalagiri Multiple Campus reserves the right to investigate and list the applications received within the stipulated time. The application format for suppliers can be obtained from the campus's accounts department by paying Rs. 200.-. Also, for other information, please contact the campus administration.
