This financial institution is required to register a list of interested registered firms/companies that have obtained approval to transact the relevant business

for the purpose of supplying/distributing the goods and services mentioned in the schedule for the financial year 2082/2083.

 Therefore, an application along with details of the goods and services to be supplied/distributed, firm/company registration renewal certificate, permanent account number registration certificate and value added tax registration, tax payment certificate should be submitted to this Dhaulagiri Microfinance Financial Institution in person or through this institution's email [email protected] within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.

8. Information technology includes servers, tablets, firewalls, switches, mobile apps, as well as the supply and maintenance of spare parts for them.

1. Only those vendor firms and companies that are deemed eligible among the applications to be listed will be listed. The details submitted will be taken as the basis for such listing.

2. All documents required at the time of registration listed.

b) Tax payment certificate, experience certificate, copy of recognition certificate and other documents must be submitted along with the application.

3. Listed vendors and firms may be requested to participate in the procurement of goods, purchases and services as per the requirements of this microfinance institution through quotations or bids.

4. Listed firms will be notified of their listing through a letter and annual agreements may also be made as per the rules.

5. Companies and firms on the list may be removed from the list if they do not provide satisfactory service and timely supply of goods. No claims or objections can be made against this.

All rights regarding listing or not will remain vested in this microfinance institution.
