Information regarding listing on the existing list

As per Rule 18 of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064, a standing list has to be prepared for the current fiscal year 2082/083, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned. Individuals, organizations, suppliers, construction entrepreneurs, consultants, non-governmental organizations or service providers who wish to be registered or updated in the standing list should submit an application in the format as per Schedule 2A, attaching a copy of the following documents.

the following:

(a) Copy of the certificate of registration of the organization or firm.

(b) Copy of Permanent Account Number or Value Added Tax Registration Certificate.

(c) Copy of tax payment certificate.

(d) In the case of an organization or firm registered in the Damak Municipality area, a copy of the business certificate renewal for the current fiscal year.
