Various skill-based and professional trainings mentioned in the schedule are being conducted in accordance with the approved annual program of this office for the fiscal year 2082/083 on the subject presented.

Therefore, coaches and assistant coaches who have met the qualifications as per the details are requested to register with the office along with the necessary documents within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice.

Educational qualifications, training or experience for trainers and assistant trainers:

1. Chief Instructor: Having completed a bachelor's degree in the relevant subject from a recognized educational institution/university and undergone instructor training, or having completed a certificate and diploma level in the relevant subject and undergone instructor training and having at least 3 years of work experience, or having passed Skill Level-2 in the relevant subject and having 3 years of work experience.

2. Assistant Instructor: Having completed a certificate level/diploma level in the relevant subject from a recognized educational institution/university and received teaching training or having passed technical S.L.C. or Skill Level-1 and having 2 years of work experience.

3. The application must be accompanied by certificates of educational qualifications and professional training, certificates of experience, a copy of the Nepali citizenship certificate, and 2 copies of photographs.

Individuals who have received training in subjects other than those mentioned here may also apply by mentioning the training they can conduct. In the case of traditional training, documents proving that they have received training in at least 3 training courses in the same subject must be attached.

According to this notice, priority will be given to experienced instructors with higher qualifications than the minimum qualifications by including their names in the roster. In case of more applications than required in any one subject, the instructor will be selected based on the qualifications of the roster or through an interview based on the evidence submitted with the application.

Even if a trainer is not listed for training on a subject as per the trainee's demand, the office may select a trainer through other arrangements and conduct the program.
