Notice regarding registration of list

This notice has been published to register the list of interested persons, firms, companies, construction entrepreneurs, consultants, repairers, suppliers and contractors who are willing to provide the following materials for the academic year 2082/083 at the University of Agriculture and Forestry, Faculty of Agriculture, Natural Resource Management College, Purunchaur, Kaski, as per Rule 18 of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064, within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice for the first time, along with certified copies of documents, during office hours or at the email address of this college, [email protected]. Separate applications will have to be registered for more than one nature of work among the mentioned details.

Groups that need to be registered in the existing list:

1. Supply of stationery, books and sports equipment.

2. Supply and repair of office equipment (computers, laptops, printers, photocopy machines, projectors, CC cameras, cartridges, etc.).

3. Supply and maintenance of laboratory equipment and chemicals, medical equipment, glassware, etc.

4. Supply of agricultural tools, agricultural materials, seeds, pesticides and fertilizers.

5. Nursery (supply of plants and other materials).

6. Supply and repair of electrical equipment (electrical equipment, fans, inverters, generators, batteries, etc.).

7. Printing related.

8. Supply and repair of furniture, furnishings and fixtures.

9. Supply and repair of drinking water purification (including Euroguard hot and cold).

10. Vehicle rental rates (deluxe bus, four-wheel pickup vehicle), vehicle parts and repairs.

11. Consultancy services and other services related to consultation.

Documents to be submitted with the application:

Copy of firm registration and renewal certificate.
