Only those vendor firms and companies that are deemed eligible among those who apply for listing will be listed. Such listing will be done on the basis of the details, capabilities, experience, and skills submitted.

All necessary documents, copies of experience certificates, and other documents must be submitted at the time of registration.

Requests may be made to participate in the procurement of goods as per the requirements of this bank from listed vendors and firms through quotations or bidding.

Listed firms will be notified of their listing through a letter and may also enter into an annual agreement.

If the listed companies and firms do not provide satisfactory services and goods on time, their names may be removed from the list without notice. No claim can be made against this. All rights regarding listing or not shall be vested in this bank.

Suppliers at the provincial level can register with the bank's concerned provincial office or the bank's General Services Department, and suppliers in Bagmati Province can register with the bank's General Services Department.
