Notice regarding registration of list

First issue published date : 2082.03.15

As the list of goods and service providers will be listed for the purpose of providing the specified goods and services required by the Fund in the fiscal year 2082/083, the licensed registered firms and companies wishing to be registered in the existing list are requested to fill out separate applications for the work they wish to do within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice, attaching the following documents, and register them with the Administration Division of the Central Office of the Fund and the relevant branches in the case of branch offices. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.

Documents to be submitted:

1) Firm/Company Registration Certificate, VAT/PAN Registration Certificate, Tax Payment Certificate for FY 2080/81, Application for List Registration and a copy of the certificate confirming that it is an authorized dealer and distributor, must be submitted with the company's seal and certified by an authorized person.

2) Only those firms and companies that are deemed suitable and eligible among those who apply for listing will be listed. The details submitted, capabilities, past experience and skills will be taken into account when listing.

3) If the service, quality, price, and delivery time provided by the listed firms/companies are not satisfactory, their names may be removed from the list without notice and no claims can be raised against them.

The Fund shall have the sole right to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any application received for the above-mentioned goods and services. The Fund shall not be obligated to list all firms and companies that have submitted applications for listing.
