Notice regarding being listed on the Standing List

This notice has been published for the purpose of the Procurement Regulations 2081 of this office, as the following goods, supplies, maintenance and consulting services required for the financial year 2082/083 are to be purchased. Interested firms and companies are requested to register in the existing list separately for each group along with the necessary documents as per the notice.

Required documents to be attached with the application:

1. Certified copy of firm/company registration or license obtained to carry out related business or service (including renewal). Accumulation business

2. Certified copy of Permanent Account Number (PAN) and Value Added Tax/VAT Registration Certificate.

(PAN)

3. Certified photocopy of tax payment certificate for the fiscal year 2080/081.

4. In cases where the prevailing law requires permission from any body to provide the mentioned service, a copy of the certificate of permission obtained.

5. Firms and organizations wishing to be listed in the consulting service must submit documents showing experience in the relevant field.

A. Consulting services related to engineering (hydropower, geotech, electricals, etc.), management, administration, economics, environment, social, information technology and software

B. Project survey and geological study research and data collection related matters

C. Financial Analysis, Chartered Accountancy and Legal Consultancy Services

3 Construction and maintenance:

4 Other Services:

A. Repair work of vehicles (cars, motorcycles)

a. Regarding advertising and information publication, broadcasting and printing

B. Repair work of electric, electronics, computers, printers, photocopiers, air conditioners, cameras, UPS, toners, survey equipment, etc.
