Notice regarding registration of existing list

This financial institution has to prepare a list of suppliers

 to purchase the goods and services as per the details in the upcoming financial year 2082/83

, so interested licensed registered firms and companies are requested to submit the documents along with the qualifications mentioned in the application form within the 15th day from the date of publication of this notice (if that day falls on a public holiday, then the first day after the office is opened). To be listed in the Standing List of this office, this notice has been published in accordance with Regulation 25 of the Financial Administration Regulations of the Chhimek Microfinance Financial Institution, 2081. The application form can be obtained from the website of this financial institution www.chhimekbank.org

The application can be submitted by filling in the details mentioned in this application form and signing it along with the prescribed documents to the Central Office Kathmandu or via email to [email protected]. If the details and qualification documents mentioned in the application form are not submitted or the applicant does not meet the prescribed qualifications, he/she will not be included in the list. The financial institution reserves the right to include or not the applicant in the list.
