Notice regarding registration of existing list

This financial institution has to prepare a list of suppliers to purchase the goods and services as per the details in the upcoming financial year 2082/83, so interested licensed registered firms and companies should include the documents with the qualifications mentioned in the application form and be listed in the standing list of this office within the 15th day from the date of publication of this notice (if that day falls on a public holiday, then the first day after the office is open). This notice has been published in accordance with Regulation 25 of the Financial Administration Regulations of Chhimek Microfinance Financial Institutions, 2081. The application form can be obtained from the website of this financial institution www.chhimekbank.org.

While submitting the application, the details mentioned in the application form should be filled in, signed and submitted along with the prescribed documents to the Central Office Kathmandu or via email to [email protected]. If the details and qualification documents mentioned in the application form are not submitted or the applicants do not meet the prescribed qualifications, they will not be included in the list. The financial institution reserves the right to include or not include the applicant in the list.
