Companies/firms interested in being listed as authorized sellers of the manufacturing companies for the purpose of purchasing the proprietary goods (Close items) used in the machinery equipment of Changunarayan Hospital in FY 2082/83, as per Section 41 (c) of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Rule 85 (d) of the Regulations 2064, are requested to submit their renewal firm registration certificate and copies of the tax payment certificate of FY 2081/082, along with the rates of the goods, chemicals, etc. to be used in the said machines or equipment, within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of the notice, or the next day if that day is a public holiday. If the rates of more than one authorized seller of the same company supplying the said goods are submitted, arrangements will be made for the supply of the goods by making an agreement with the supplier who offers the lowest rate. No action will be taken against applications that do not submit the necessary documents and are received after the deadline.
