For this Butwal Power Company, since it is necessary to list the list of suppliers for the procurement of the goods and services required in the financial year 2082/083 through quotations, the registered firms and companies interested in supplying the goods and services mentioned in the list, clearly stating the name and address of the firm, including the documents mentioned in the list, and registering the application along with the Supplier Registration Form for listing at the central office of this company, Buddhanagar, and the branch office of Butwal in the case of suppliers around the Butwal area, by 2082/03/15, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned. 1. Certificate of firm registration and business area.

2. PAN and VAT registration certificate.

3. Proof of annual tax filing.

4. Certificate of validity of the authorized dealer and distributor of any product.

5. Work experience in the past years (Supply Certificate) and expertise in the relevant field, if any.

1. Electrical materials and equipment (including transformers)

2. Telescopic/steel poles and fittings
