Notice regarding registration of list.

List published date: 2082/04/07

As per the provisions of Section 6 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Rule 18 of the Regulations, 2064, in order to adopt the necessary procurement methods for the operation of the approved annual plans/programs of this office for the fiscal year 2082.083, an existing list of suppliers/firms/companies/suppliers/industries/service providers supplying/distributing the goods and services as per the schedule has to be prepared. Therefore, this notice has been published requesting interested suppliers/firms/companies/suppliers/industries/service providers to register their list with this office by the end of Shravan 2082 along with the detailed documents and application.

B. Service Delivery:

1. Courier service related work

2. Insurance service related tasks

3. Advertising, information and printing related activities

5. Work related to building construction and maintenance services

6. Internet and website/software design, construction and maintenance services

7. Various vehicle repair services

8. Water supply and wiring related services

Documents to be attached:

1. Registration or license of firm/company/institution/industry

2. Suppliers/firms/companies/suppliers/industries/service providers should submit their registration certificates (including renewals)

3. Copy of tax payment or tax return filing certificate

4. Self-declaration of not being blacklisted

5. Voucher for depositing Rs. 500/- (five hundred rupees) in Internal Revenue Account No. 1660114984600041 (Revenue Heading "Other Administrative Service Charges" Heading No. 14229) held at Prabhu Bank Bihadi Branch of Bihadi Rural Municipality or voucher for depositing revenue at the Revenue Branch of Bihadi Rural Municipality.
