In the year 2082/83, in order

to purchase the following chemicals, kits and X-ray films used for the following machinery and equipment in the laboratory and X-ray department of this hospital

as proprietary goods (Closed Items), it is necessary to purchase them from the manufacturer of the equipment or the authorized seller of that company in Nepal as per the provisions of Section 41(1)(c) of the Public Procurement Act 2063 (as amended) and Rule 85(3) and 3(a) of the Public Procurement Regulations 2064 (as amended). Therefore, this 15-day notice is hereby published to inform all concerned that the authorized supplier or its authorized seller or authorized agent should be listed along with supporting documents and submit the rates.
