Notice regarding registration of list

This Best Finance Company Limited has to prepare a list of firms/companies dealing in the relevant goods and services for the purpose of providing the goods and services mentioned in the details required in the upcoming financial year 2082/83. Therefore, interested registered firms/companies are requested to submit an application with details of the goods and services to be provided by them, firm/company registration certificate, permanent account number (PAN) registration certificate or value added tax (VAT) registration certificate, and a copy of the tax payment certificate of the previous financial year to the General Services Department of this financial institution, Head Office, Kamaladi, Kathmandu within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.

Details of goods and services to be obtained through the listed firm/company:

1. Stationery, printing and supplies.

2. Supply and maintenance of computers and other related equipment.

3. Supply and repair of various types of furniture made of wood, steel and metal.

4. Supply of office T-shirts, caps, bags, pens, key rings, jackets, etc.

5. Supply of printer and fax cartridges and toner.

6. Supply and maintenance of electrical and electronic goods.

7. Security guard service supply.

8. Advertising, printing and designing related work.

9. Networking Service & Networking Equipment Supply and Maintenance.

Other information:

Only vendors, firms, and companies that are deemed eligible to apply for listing will be listed.

Listed vendors and firms may be requested to request quotations, bids, or participate in bidding or tenders to purchase goods and services as per the needs of this organization.

If the listed companies and firms do not provide satisfactory services, their names may be removed from the list without notice. No claim can be made against this. news
