In relation to the presented matter, according to the current approved program of Besishahar Municipality and 2081/82, the eligible firms/companies/consultants for the purpose of preparation of preliminary environmental study (IEE) report for the work related to extraction and collection and distribution of river materials from Marsyangdi river and Dordi river flowing through Besishahar municipality and the documents submitted within 7 days from the date of publication of the notice are listed in the attached municipality. This information has been published.

Documents to be attached when notified

Copy of registration/renewal certificate of firm/company/consultancy service.

Copy of PAN/VAT registration and tax payment certificate for FY 2080/81.

A copy of the experience in case of EIA/IEE related work at various local levels.
