Notice inviting for listing

This Bheri Environmental Excellence Group (BEE Group) is a non-profit non-governmental organization registered in Banke district in BS 2056 and active in the fields of protection and promotion of human rights, environmental protection and community development in Lumbini Province, Karnali Province and Sudurpaschim Province. As per the needs of this organization, suppliers, service providers and consultants who will supply the materials and services mentioned in the details for the financial year 2082/083 have to be listed, therefore, this notice has been issued to the firms or companies located in Banke, Bardiya and Kailali districts who are willing to supply the materials and services subject to the conditions mentioned in the details to submit applications for listing within 15 days (2082 Ashadh 25) from the date of publication of the notice.

(a) Minimum requirements for submitting an application:

1. In the case of goods and service providers, details of the goods and services to be provided must be mentioned.

2. Incomplete applications will not be included in the process. The organization reserves the right to list or not list a supplier or service provider.

3. The organization will be listed according to the criteria determined by the organization and the organization will not be obligated to provide reasons for not being listed to the applicants.

(b) Documents to be attached with the application:

1. Copy of the certificate of firm registration,

2. Copy of PAN/VAT registration certificate,

3. Copy of tax payment certificate for FY 2080/08,

4. Copy of the director's citizenship certificate,

5. Bank account details of the firm or company,

(c) Necessary Services

1. Flex banner design and printing.

2. Vehicle (motorcycle and scooter) maintenance.

3. Providing vehicle - four-wheeler rental and air service.

4. Electronic devices (computers, laptops, printers, toners, cartridges, photocopy machines, telephone sets, etc.)

5. Plastic and furniture suppliers and repair, cleaning, plumbing and toilet repair services

6. Hotel and restaurant services.

7. Groceries and office supplies such as drinking water jars, milk.

8. Laptop, computer and printer repair and toner refill.

9. Production and broadcasting of video documentaries and radio jingles and radio programs.
