NOTICE REGARDING LISTING

Various branches/departments under the Office of the Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture of this university have to purchase the following goods and services for the academic year 2082/083. Therefore, VAT registered suppliers, firms, companies and service providers who are willing to supply services and goods, stating the nature of their work, should fill in Schedule 2(a) of the Public Procurement Regulations along with the necessary documents and submit it within the office hours by mid-Ashar 2082. Separate applications will have to be registered for more than one nature of work out of the mentioned details. For any other questions regarding this matter, you can contact the Dean's Office, Faculty of Agriculture, Rampur, Chitwan.

Groups to register on the current list:

1. Regarding stationery items (muslin and miscellaneous).

2 Supply and repair of electronics/electrical equipment and accessories.

3. Supply and maintenance of sanitary ware.

4. Printing.

5. Advertisement/Notice Publication.

6. Physical infrastructure and consulting services.

7. Supply of construction materials.

8. Construction and maintenance of buildings and drinking water.

9. Supply and repair of furniture and furnishing items.

10. Supply and maintenance of various vehicle and motor/motorcycle parts.

Supply of fertilizers, seeds, pesticides, etc.

12. Supply of chemicals, glassware, equipment, etc. used in the lab.

13. Regarding the supply of agricultural tools.

14. Air conditioning supply and repair.

Required documents to be submitted:

1. Copy of the registered firm registration certificate.

2. Copy of certificate of license to conduct business.

3. Copy of Value Added Tax Registration Certificate.

4. Copy of tax payment certificate (A.Y. 081/082).
