Notice regarding registration of list

For the purpose of supplying goods, construction/repair work, consulting services and various other services required by this company for the fiscal year 2082/83, as per the legal provisions of Section 6A of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Rule 18 of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064, a list of interested registered firms/companies and organizations that have obtained approval to carry out the relevant business (work) is required to be registered. Therefore, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned to register the list of goods and services to be supplied/repaired by their firms/companies in separate envelopes, mentioning the groups and details numbers for the separate works, within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice, at the head office of this company during office hours.

The application form and other necessary details related to the current list are available on the company's website: www.kscl.gov.np. The document can also be obtained from the General Services Branch of the Planning and Human Resource Management Division of this company. While submitting the application, the details mentioned in the application form should be filled in, signed and submitted along with the necessary documents. If the specified documents are not submitted or the applicant does not meet the specified qualifications, he/she will not be included in the current list. The company reserves the right to include or not include the applicant in the list.
