Since Arambha Chautari Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is required to register a list of registered firms and companies willing to supply the goods and services mentioned in the details required for the financial year 2082/83, the firms and companies approved to transact the relevant business should submit an application for registration along with the details of the goods and services to be supplied/flowed, as well as the price list (price list), firm/company registration renewal certificate, permanent account number (VAT/PAN) registration certificate, value added tax registration, tax payment certificate (Latest) and register within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice by personally attending the central office of this organization, Kavrepalanchok or by email: operation.aarambhachautari @gmail.com. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.

For the purpose of supplying/flowing goods and services:

1. All stationery, printing and office related supplies.

2. All printing and shipping related work.

3. All services related to advertising, design, and courier.

4. All services related to signboard, flex board supply and maintenance.

5. Supply, transportation and maintenance of vehicles, UPS, inverters, batteries, solar panels, and all other materials

6. All services related to furniture, fixtures, supplies and maintenance.

7. Desktop /Laptop/Server/Computer, Printer, Scanner, AC, CCTV, Telephone Set and Spare Parts (Ink, Ribbon, Toner and Cartridges) All Electrical and Electronics Related Goods, Supply and Maintenance Services.

8. Safe supply transportation and maintenance.

9. All works related to drinking water supply.

10. Other office supplies.
